$100.01 and up = Free Shipping**

Shipping costs are calculated according to the total price of your order. Rates apply to orders shipped in the United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional fees. To place an International order, please email us at Cupcakedesigns@aol.com, additional shipping fees apply. Rush Delivery available upon request, subject to additional fees. Should there be any additional charges due to bulk orders or oversized items, you will be notified immediately by email. When a shipment cannot be deliverable or is refused, you will be responsible for charges associated to re-shipping the order. Our standard method of shipment is United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders that meet the Free Shipping requirements will be sent using standard ground shipping unless otherwise notified. Peach Cupcakes is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or if a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address. Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate to ensure prompt delivery. (**Free Shipping does not apply if any other any discounts or coupons are used)

Shipping Policies
Products are handcrafted and in some cases customized. Orders are typically shipped within
1-2 weeks depending on the specifics of the order. Please note that these timelines do not include transit time through the carrier. In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately; you will be notified by email if this happens. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us to be sure we can get it to you in the requested timeline. Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All payments are taken through Paypal, you are not required to sign up for a PayPal account. Checks and/or money orders are accepted, but order will not be sent until the check has cleared.

Returns/Exchanges
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if you need to make a return or exchange we are happy to help. The return/exchange policy does not apply to items damaged in shipping. The Buyer will pay to have return/exchange items shipped to Peach Cupcakes; items must arrive in original condition, unused and unwashed.
~ Standard Items - Return in the original condition for a refund/exchange in 30 days of order.
~ Custom Items - Cannot be returned. Personalized items are considered to be custom.
~ Sale Items - Return in the original condition for a store credit only.
~ Shipping Charges - Cannot be refunded for returned items. Shipping charges will apply to exchange items. Returned items purchased with a Free Shipping promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.
